We use our experience to help clients avoid problems by assisting with due diligence efforts when acquiring properties. We try to help identify existing problems or construction deficiencies, impending deterioration, the vulnerability of such properties to damage from weather and other causes, and to suggest mitigation measures and capital funding requirements for repairs, retrofit, and reuse considerations.
